Key Qualifications:

• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Skilled at managing complex schedules and incoming products amidst shifting priorities.
• Clear Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Physically Capable: Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Resourceful & Collaborative: A “figure-it-out” mindset and a drive to contribute to a supportive team.
• Design & Luxury Experience: Bonus for those with a background in installation, warehouse management, or luxury design.

Day in the life:

• Installer Support: Assist with installation scheduling, providing physical support during load out and load in and onsite support at local appointments.
• Operations: Manage and organize incoming luxury window treatments, both virtually and physically, with the objectives of quality, cleanliness, and
• Receiving: Manage relationships with 3rd parties, coordinating shipping schedules & negotiating shipping rates. Track shipments & resolve any delays or issues with carriers.
• Showroom Support: Provide coverage in the showroom and/or throughout the order placement process where required.
• Data Entry/Platform Updates: Keep Salesforce, Smartsheet, and vendor portals current with project status and details.
