Position Summary:
The 12-month Resident Director (RD) is responsible for the management of Holland Princeton or South Hall. The RD will be involved in the planning of programming, serve in the on-call professional staff rotation, participate in Student Life projects such as Resident Assistant (RA) selection and Housing Lottery, handle low level conduct violations, student orientation, campus programming and collaborate with other campus offices as needed. The 12-month RD will primarily support Leadership and Engagement operations, including summer programming, for incoming students. The RD will report to the Assistant Director of Residence Life.
This 12-month position requires evening and weekend work. As part of the compensation package, the RD is provided with a furnished on-campus apartment and a campus meal plan.

This position is based in Albany, NY. The duties and responsibilities of this particular role require the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or interaction with our community, requiring all work to be performed full-time on-site.
This is a 12-month, live-in position. Compensation includes salary, a furnished on-campus apartment, a campus meal plan, and a comprehensive benefits package. The housing and meal plan are considered part of the total compensation package and may be subject to tax.
