Job description

Summary of the Role:
As a Deal Analyst, you will be matched to one of our client accounts in the SaaS space, where you will conduct internal outreach on behalf of that client. You will perform a mixture of acting as a liaison between varying departments to facilitate deal approvals, as well as other tasks ranging from managing cases in Salesforce, to monitoring a deal pipeline and ensuring they move through the approval process as efficiently as possible.

What you'll do:
  • Act as a liaison between sales, finance, and legal teams to facilitate deal approvals, ensuring that all parties are aligned with deal terms and conditions
  • Manage and resolve Salesforce cases
  • Support private offer creation with AWS, GCP, and Azure marketplaces
  • Monitor deal pipeline and progress, ensuring deals move efficiently through the approval process.
  • Maintain and organize deal-related documentation
  • Review customer contracts to ensure that critical details and language are accurate
What You Bring:
  • You are a strong written and verbal communicator
  • You have 3-5 years of experience of Salesforce Administration
  • You have a working understanding of basic technology like G-Suite, Zoom, etc. and can learn new systems with some training (ex: Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • You want training and a structured work environment
  • Willingness and ability to adapt while maintaining a professional tone
