\r\nThe Onboarding Operations team is focused on seamlessly producing onboarding enablement events from end to end. We
\r\ncreate high impact, exciting, and flawlessly executed experiences that inspire everyone they touch. We focus on how to
\r\nstandardize the way we organize, manage and produce events and programs including enrollment, invite and event
\r\nmanagement, materials and logistics and communications. Everyone at *** looks forward to attending an event or

\r\nThe focus of this role is to standardize and centralize the end-to-end registration, enrollment, and attendance tracking processes.
\r\nYou will be a part of high-impact programs and experiences while streamlining manual processes and eliminating inefficiencies.
\r\n
\r\nResponsibilities
\r\nPerform complex and time-sensitive registration processes for our Onboarding programs including scheduling training dates,
\r\norganizing and monitoring logistics, and answering heavy flow of inquiries from internal *** employees through email and
\r\nSlack.
\r\nAssign and create all Enablement Events and assign courses to each cohort.
\r\nManage all communications to virtual and remote employees within each individual hub using Marketing Cloud and Slack.
\r\nManage all collateral and calendaring docs.
\r\nAssist in solving problems that are manual and inefficient by using *** and other technology platforms.
\r\nKeep others appraised of and involved in work by communicating status of tasks to project leads and team members,
\r\ncoordinating work cross-functionally, and influencing peers, project leaders and/or managers.
\r\nDeliver high quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment by managing time and effort across activities, executing
\r\nprocesses that may not have defined procedures, taking initiative to complete unanticipated or ad hoc tasks, and delivering work
\r\naccording to deadlines.
\r\nAssist team with daily operations, including setting up training space with materials for in-person or virtual classes, greeting
\r\nattendees, managing AV/tech issues, and providing concierge level of service to new hires.
\r\n
\r\nDesired Skills/Experience:
\r\nExperience and working knowledge of spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google sheets
\r\nExperience with data entry, data scrubbing, formatting data to fit templates, vlookups, and pivot tables
\r\nGood presentation and verbal communication skills
\r\nStrong written communication and listening skills
\r\nSystematic approach to problem solving
\r\nStrong organizational and planning skills
\r\nProgram/project management or coordination a plus
\r\nAbility to work independently under general direction
\r\nAbility to multi-task and open to taking on a variety of different types of tasks
\r\nAbility to lift up to 40 lbs
\r\nStrong curiosity to learn, understand, and apply new technologies and systematic approaches (leveraging *** technology
\r\nstack with a particular focus on Reports and Dashboards)
\r\nExperience with the *** application including dashboards and reporting tools in a business or academic environment
\r\nhighly preferred
\r\nHighly organized and lightning-fast learner with ability to understand complex systems and processes across numerous
\r\nprograms that operate differently
