Job description

About the role:

Shyft Global Services - TD SYNNEX is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Renewal Representative to join our dynamic sales organization. This role is essential in supporting our longtail renewal business by managing service contract renewals, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is articulate, self-driven, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned territory, managing the full lifecycle of service contract renewals.
  • Proactively identify and pursue renewal opportunities using Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
  • Generate, edit, and manage automated service quotes, ensuring all details (e.g., serial numbers, in-process RMAs) are accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Customer Support, Finance, etc.) to streamline the renewal process and resolve any issues that may delay closure.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and proactively communicate any changes or risks to targets.
  • Maintain and update Salesforce records regularly to reflect current customer and contract information.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas through effective pipeline management and customer engagement.
  • Educate customers on service offerings, contract terms, and renewal benefits to drive retention and satisfaction.
  • Support process improvements and contribute to team initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Inside Sales or Pre-Sales support preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with computer networking technologies is a plus.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
