What you’ll be doing

As Marketing & Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing field marketing initiatives and events that generate leads, elevate our brand, and support sales. You will understand how to plan, communicate, and execute all major events for Scopio’s calendar year. You will collaborate closely with teams across sales, product, marketing, and customer success and flex multiple muscles in doing so. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Own end-to-end event planning and execution including:
  • Tradeshows and regional conferences, roadshows and proprietary events
  • Online webinars, lunch-and-learns, and virtual experiences
  • Source and manage vendors, venues, swag, booth design and logistics, shipping, marketing materials and related promotional materials
  • Coordinate event promotion and follow-up in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
  • Track event success, post-event ROI, and contribution to sales and overall company success
  • Collect event feedback for continuous improvement
  • Assist with marketing budget management: tracking expenses, generating reports, and maintaining documentation
  • Contribute to content production e.g. marketing material, video content, social posts, and landing pages to support and amplify marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Support campaign launches that tie into event efforts, including nurturing and outbound follow-ups
  • Work collaboratively with sales, product, customer success and marketing teams to support diverse go-to-market functions and ensure projects run smoothly and effectively
  • Maintain the marketing and content calendar and project timelines
  • Support the marketing team in all administrative and logistical tasks



Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience in event management, preferably in B2B tech
  • Fluency in English with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Detail-oriented organization and planning skills
  • Proven track record of running successful B2B events, driving pipeline and revenue, with measurable business outcomes
  • Excellent vendor negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills as a team player who is comfortable collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders
