Description

This role is responsible for providing administrative support for Material Stream Agreement (MSA) management in relation with contractual spare parts transactions, covering data collection and validation, data cleanup and upload, order planning and order entry in accordance with the contractual scope.

Key Accountabilities/ Execution:

Process MSA order validation and order entry in accordance with customer requirements and contractual schedule and scope
Screen and prioritize incoming customer requests, received via fax or email
Data collection, validation and system upload of contractual scopes and schedules
Contractual MSA orders planning and order entry

Qualifications/Requirements:

Ongoing university studies in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access) and MS Outlook
Strong, passionate supporter of customer service excellence
Fluent English is a must
Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and ability to handle multiple priorities
Ability to work independently, work out and apply new ways of resolution
Team player attitude
Self-starter, capable of working with minimum supervision
Tolerate monotonous work
Deadline oriented, strong attention to detail is a must
