Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any relevant program
CLDP and/or CHRA is an advantage, but not required
At least 2 years of experience in learning and development
Must have experience as an administrator of a learning management system (LMS) such as Workday and LCvista: experience managing LMS course creation, user activity, and reporting
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, List, and Outlook
Working knowledge of webinar and virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, GoToWebinar), with the ability to train instructors and troubleshoot technical issues
Proficiency with project/task management tools, such as Monday.com
Basic content development skills, including the ability to create and edit training materials, post videos and recordings, and manage digital learning assets
Ability to analyze feedback and training data, draw insights, and suggest improvements to learning programs
Commitment to continuous learning, staying updated on best practices in learning technology, instructional design, and compliance in continuing education
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with instructors, employees, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate complex training programs and calendars across multiple departments while avoiding scheduling conflicts
Must be willing to work on a hybrid arrangement and night shift schedule
Responsibilities:
Coordinate learning initiatives using the Workday Learning and LCvista platforms to create and monitor educational programs and course activities that support the professional development needs of the firm.
Collaborate with the Learning Technology Manager and Learning & Development Specialists to prepare a yearly curriculum calendar focused on the technical and professional competencies required across all Service Lines. Work closely with other departments to ensure firm-wide calendars are conflict-free.
Analyze training feedback from employees and management, maintain training records, and monitor participant registration and attendance.
Support the Bonadio University team with logistics for live and virtual events, including coordination of conference room needs, materials, refreshments, technical support, and instructor support.
Serve as a point of contact for participants, instructors, and external vendors for programs, assisting with day-to-day operational and logistical matters.
Collaborate with the Learning Technology Manager to lead webinar platform training for internal and external instructors, develop guides on webinar platforms and supplemental learning technology for virtual and in-person events, and ensure awareness of program deliverable timelines and Bonadio University policies.
Assist with creating, editing, and posting course materials, videos, and recordings that support learning objectives.
Provide production and technical support for internal and external training sessions, ensuring smooth delivery of content.
Promote training opportunities for employees via the firm intranet, Workday, email, and other modalities.
Utilize and maintain Monday.com project and task boards.
Maintain ongoing familiarity with and stay abreast of updates to webinar platforms, Workday, and other education-focused technology.
Promptly validate continuing professional education credits post-training in accordance with NASBA standards, ensuring accurate attendance tracking and documentation. Maintain ongoing familiarity with various compliance requirements associated with continuing professional education regulations to which the firm is subject.
Assist the Learning Technology Manager and BU team with educational initiatives, learning events, and special projects.
