The Role:

The focus of the Cloud Solution Specialist is to bring technical competence and confidence to our clients by partnering with our Sales and Marketing to identify, drive and close M365 and Azure opportunities. You engage as a subject matter expert (SME) to help customers achieve their business and operation goals.

Accountabilities:

As a Cloud Solution Specialist, you will be expected to:

  • Develop the understanding about customers' business priorities and success measures to design solutions aligned with Logicalis’s Cloud Adoption Framework and Global Solution portfolio.

  • Deliver successful assessment workshop, PoV and pilot phase in Azure and M365 solution.

  • Apply technical insights to create the Azure and M365 solution adoption roadmap by helping customers to adopt Cloud native projects, supporting them to make the appropriate technical choices.

  • Actively promote Global solution via awareness and enablement activities with Sales, Marketing and Business Development programs.

  • Responding to RFx and solution Enquiries on day-to-day activities. This covers aspect of costing, sourcing for services and preparation for the submission materials.

  • Sound knowledge or experience on equivalent services on other cloud service provider (AWS and GCP) or SaaS based solutions.

Qualifications:

Key competency:

  • Microsoft Azure Competency: AZ-104 / AZ-305 / AZ-500 / SC-900

  • Microsoft 365 Competency: MS-900, Copilot for Microsoft 365

  • Solution Experience: Design and deliver solutions related to:

    • Cloud Migration, Landing Zone, Container Workload, Backup and Recovery with Azure Services

    • Microsoft Sentinel & Defender

    • Azure Virtual Desktop

    • Azure VMware Services

    • Microsoft Fabric

    • Azure AI or any AI solutions

  • Microsoft Entra ID features – Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management

  • M365 Migration, Microsoft Intune

Good to have:

  • Any speciality from the following: - AZ-204 / AZ-140 / DP-900

  • Solution Experience: Design and deliver solution related to: Azure Data Platform, Azure DevOps

  • FinOps

Experience:

  • 5 years’ experience in technical selling in Azure and M365 solutions to small, medium and large/global enterprise customers with a focus on application, infrastructure and data

  • Proven track record of building deep relationships with senior IT executives and growing cloud services consumption.

  • Understanding of Microsoft Partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage their programs and solutions to solve customer needs.
