Responsibilities:
Design and develop engaging and interactive online and blended learning solutions (modules, courses, and learning paths) using elearning authoring tools, primarily Articulate Rise.
Design and develop high-quality materials that support milti-modal learning experiences, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, presentations, and job aids.
Develop knowledge assessments, quizzes and scenarios based on the SME-provided content.
Oversee and maintain multiple document repositories, ensuring content is consistently organized, updated, and easily accessible.
Adhere to and further develop a robust content management strategy that aligns with the needs of our Solution Consulting team.
Conduct regular content audits to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Leverage AI tools and technologies to automate content generation, enhance search capabilities, and improve content accuracy.
Update and maintain course tracking library, meta data, and course evaluation metrics with accuracy, consistency, and sense of urgency.
Integrate eLearning content into Workday Learning Management System (LMS), manage course settings and enrollments, and troubleshoot any LMS-related issues.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and delivering high-quality results for a global audience.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience designing and developing engaging eLearning using Articulate Rise and Storyline, backed by a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in visual design (typography, color theory, image editing with tools like Adobe Creative Suite/Canva) and presentation software (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS); Workday LMS preferred.
Solid grasp of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and best practices across various learning modalities.
Proven experience in content management, knowledge management, or technical documentation, including familiarity with CMS platforms and knowledge repositories.
Familiarity with AI-powered content tools and technologies.
Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills, with a track record of collaborating effectively with global stakeholders.
Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
Bonus Points:
Experience designing learning solutions specifically for a solution consulting or sales audience.
Knowledge of learning analytics and reporting.
Experience localizing learning content for different cultures and languages.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about innovating learning solutions and has a deep understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and visual design best practices. You'll apply your expertise to develop comprehensive learning curricula and programs, including blended learning experiences (e.g., instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and eLearning modules). Beyond traditional learning paths, you'll also create dynamic enablement tools that directly support our solution consultants in their roles. This includes developing practical resources like job aids, podcasts, videos, and interactive PDFs. Your work will directly impact the success of our global Solution Consulting organization by ensuring our field teams have the knowledge and tools they need to excel.
In addition to designing and developing compelling learning content, you will also play a critical role in our content ecosystem. You'll oversee and maintain multiple document repositories, ensuring content is consistently organized, updated, and easily accessible to our global team. This will involve developing and implementing a robust content management strategy that directly aligns with the unique needs of our Solution Consulting team. You'll also be responsible for optimizing the architecture and tooling of our knowledge repositories to significantly improve content sharing and discoverability. Finally, you'll enforce content governance policies and procedures to maintain data integrity and consistency, and implement and manage version control systems to ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
