Job description

As part of the Global Presentations team within EMEA Marketing, you will be part of the presentations team supporting both Wholesale and Institutional channels with their product presentations through PowerPoint.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders/parties to ensure data, process and ultimately presentations are delivered in a timely and accurate state.

The role includes presentations production, efficient communication with the team on workload and progress in the daily WIP (Work in Progress) call, peer review decks to supports the team and ensure quality control and submit through compliance for final approval.

You will support the wider Global Presentations alignment.

How you'll spend your time

  • Producing PowerPoint product and strategy presentations.
  • Working with a variety of stakeholders including investment and sales teams to develop, manage, and update presentations in support of standard deadlines and ad hoc meeting/opportunity driven needs.
  • Sourcing data from approved sources, checking data and updating presentations.
  • Providing peer review of team members presentations.
  • Identifying ways to improve our presentation process to deliver outcomes aligned with the strategic goals of the business.


To be successful in this role you will have

  • A solid understanding of the regulatory and compliance framework for asset management and ensure deck adherence.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with the team on work and progress to allow for more agile management by the Presentations Lead in workflow meetings.
  • Work at pace to deliver against agreed deadlines.
  • Good attention to detail and strong adherence to process.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • The ability to foster relationship with investment desks to understand their presentation needs and collaborate effectively in the ongoing management of materials.


It would be great if you also had

  • Experience of working with Seismic would be an advantage but not essential (or experience with other content management/sales enablement tools such as Pega, Vermillion, Accent technologies, etc.)
  • Experience as presentations producer in PowerPoint
  • Experience of asset management data sets – Performance, Characteristics, holdings, etc
  • Strong team working and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable organisational skills
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • An understanding of Asset managers and Asset Management products.
