What you’ll be doing:
- Design, configure and optimize automated campaigns in HubSpot (emailing, lead nurturing, workflows, etc.).
- Develop lead scoring and dynamic segmentation systems.
- Oversee the contact database to ensure its cleanliness, organization and compliance with regulations (GDPR, etc.).
- Work with content team to align nurturing materials with automated flows.
- Measure and analyze performance of automated campaigns, generating reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Integrate HubSpot with other platforms if necessary (CRM, event tools, forms, etc.).
- Ensure proper tagging and tracking of all elements by applying a standardized naming convention.
- Perform periodic audits and propose changes and remediation/optimization measures to improve ROI
