Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Production / Technical Support with our client in the financial industry located in Kennesaw, GA. This is a 12 + month contract position.

Requirements:

3+ years of IT experience in Production Support Services along with 2-4+ years in development
Able to work independently and drive production triages along with resolution of complex issues
Strong technical and analytical skills required to determine root cause of technical issues
Able to think broadly about technical issues and correlate current conditions, historical trends and issues, and general incident triage techniques to pinpoint technical issues
Experience writing SQL to query data required
Previous experience with an application performance monitoring tool (Dynatrace and Splunk) required
Able to run and execute Linux utility scripts written in bash, Powershell, etc.
Previous experience analyzing root cause for complex technical incidents
3+ years in Production Support, Production Monitoring, and/or related technical environment
2+ years working in a Linux environment
2+ years analyzing log data in Splunk
3+ years performing root cause analyze of complex technical issues
Experience with Dynatrace
2+ years of application development using Java and RESTful services

Desired skills:

Able to analyze Java Spring code along with RESTful services

Pay range: $34.18 - $42.18
