Job description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Developer to lead strategic efforts in identifying and securing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with clients. This role requires a combination of commercial insight, sales expertise, and entrepreneurial thinking.

The Business Developer will be responsible for creating strategies to expand the company’s market presence, exploring untapped markets, and developing value-added solutions tailored to the needs of clients. You will collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure the delivery of high-impact proposals and successful onboarding of new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients, partners, and strategic accounts

  • Conduct market analysis to define growth areas and competitive advantages

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

  • Develop, negotiate, and close business proposals, contracts, and agreements

  • Track pipeline performance and provide accurate sales forecasts

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders and decision-makers

  • Work with the marketing team to align messaging and lead-generation strategies

  • Ensure seamless handover of new accounts to account management or operations teams

  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or corporate growth roles

  • Demonstrated success in creating and managing client relationships

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Strong commercial acumen and results-oriented mindset

  • Proficiency in English (other languages are a plus)

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven environments
