You will be the go-to person for all ERP requests, planning, and project execution within the Maddox family. Your work will enable us to make better decisions, more effectively prioritize our efforts, and do a better job of celebrating our wins. You will have the satisfaction of watching your colleagues work faster and smarter because of the workflows you help bring to completion in the software that our company runs on.
Reactively, you will be responding to internal user requests, triaging these requests, prioritizing meetings & connecting w/ stakeholders.
Proactively, you will ensure the business’s ERP priorities continue to move down the field. You will interact with our 3rd party consultant developers to ensure they are clear on our priorities and hold them accountable. Internally, you will coordinate our weekly ERP releases, ensure QA testing for or by stakeholders happens on time, and implement systems to make our ERP progress visible for all relevant teams.
