Job Description:

The mortgage industry is overflowing with inefficiencies, manual processes, and outdated systems. But we see opportunity. As an Implementation Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of that transformation — turning vision into reality for real customers.

Responsibilities:

Be a key player in customer onboarding and implementation, acting as the bridge between our clients and our product.
Configure and deploy solutions tailored to each customer’s needs, using your JavaScript scripting skills to automate a variety of business rules and verifications.
Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and analysts to bring new features and improvements to life.
Stay involved in multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, staying organized even when the details pile up.
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and internal teams — both in writing and verbally.
Help shape best practices for implementation as we scale.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience scripting in JavaScript or similar scripting languages.
Strong organizational skills — you know how to manage complexity and stay on top of multiple priorities.
A customer-first mindset — you’re comfortable in front of clients and care deeply about their success.
Clear, confident communicator — you can explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience working cross-functionally with engineers, analysts, and product managers.
Eagerness to grow with a fast-changing startup — flexibility and adaptability are a must.

Bonus Points:

Background in fintech, lending, or real estate tech.
Experience with APIs, automation tools, or low-code/no-code platforms.
Familiarity with AI or ML-powered applications.
