As part of the Public Affairs team and reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will help strengthen Quandela's institutional visibility and support its strategic positioning with public and private stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting regulatory and legislative monitoring on quantum, digital and industrial
  • Performing in-depth research to identify key economic and policy trends in the quantum ecosystem;
  • Preparing detailed reports and presentations summarizing developments, challenges, and actionable insights for internal stakeholders 
  • Drafting position papers & talking points aimed at public and private decision-makers (investors, senior civil servants, C-level partners);
  • Supporting the preparation of institutional meetings and public events (briefing notes, meeting reports, background materials);
  • Updating and enriching the stakeholder mapping 
  • Contributing to the organization of high-level events, meetings, conferences and advocacy campaigns 

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (M1 or M2) in Public Affairs, Political Science, Communication, or a related field. This position is only valid with an Internship Agreement
  • Availability for a 6-month internship starting in September 2025, gap year, or end-of-study internship.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent writing skills in both French and English.
  • Interest in public policy and institutional relations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience or internships in public affairs, government relations, or communications.
  • Understanding of the technology industry and its regulatory landscape.
