As the Senior Brand Partnership Manager, you will be the key driver behind the execution, management, and elevation of our motorsport and global platform-related partnerships. You will serve as the primary liaison between our brand and key partners, ensuring our collaborations reflect the excellence, craftsmanship, and forward-thinking spirit of our watchmaking heritage. This role requires an individual with deep industry knowledge, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives within a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Your Contribution:
• You will lead the end-to-end activation of sponsorship and licensing partnerships within motorsports and global platform-related partnerships
• You will manage and develop relationships with our key global brand partners working across, sponsorships, licensing and high-profile ambassadors
• You will serve as a strong strategic cross-functional leader, collaborating with teams across marketing, product, legal, retail and local market teams to ensure holistic partnership execution
• You will oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple internal and external stakeholders
• You will identify and evaluate new strategic opportunities within the aligned with the brand's vision
• You will negotiate contracts and fees with partners and rights holders, ensuring legal and commercial terms align with company objectives
• You will build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, fostering long-term collaboration and mutual growth
• You will consult with local markets on brand partners and activations
• You will act as a brand ambassador, consistently representing the brand with integrity, professionalism, and passion

You will fit well to our squad if:
• You have minimum of 7 years’ experience in a sports marketing agency, with a focus on motorsports and/or global platform partnerships and brand activations
• You have demonstrated success managing high-profile sponsorships, licensing agreements and/or talent relationships
• You have strong expertise in contract negotiation, including licensing and sponsorship agreements
• You have solid experience in budget management and end-to-end project delivery
• You have deep understanding of the motorsports landscape, including teams, organizers, media, and fan engagement strategies
• You have proven ability to work independently, with a high level of ownership and initiative
• You are a strong relationship builder, communication and interpersonal skills; have ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
• You have full proficiency in English; German or French would be a nice to have
