SPANISH-SPEAKING CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST
YOUR ROLE:
We are currently looking for a new Customer Success Specialist to join our Spanish team at our office in Tallinn, Estonia. Being fluent in Spanish & English languages (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills and previous experience in customer service, it is your mission to provide our Spanish customers with outstanding customer service experience. This position will be at the heart of the operation.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a fantastic customer service experience for our Spanish customers. The job involves managing client applications, maintaining and developing existing customer relations and replying to enquiries.
Requirements
We expect you to be a people person who enjoys helping the customer and is always doing their best to meet the targets for accuracy, quality and agreed service levels. In order to work at Creditstar, you should speak fluent Spanish & English, be punctual, attentive to details and have excellent communication skills.
