Job description

Role Description

As Senior UX Researcher at Appsynth, you will be responsible for collecting and preparing research materials in the design team. Research team will be the shared resource across multiple projects.

Report to: Design Lead 

What you will do

    • Work closely with Design teams to identify research initiatives
    • Design hypotheses and lead studies that examine both user behavior and attitudes
    • Generate actionable insights that both fuel ideation and evaluate product experiences
    • Conduct research using a wide variety of qualitative methods and a subset of quantitative methods, such as surveys
    • Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways
    • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure the voice of customers are being heard and considered in the design and development process
    • Develops case studies to demonstrate the value we bring for clients. Creates impact reviews for all presentations

      What you will need

        • Able to communicate fluent in Thai & English 
        • 4+ years experience in applied product research
        • Ability to create a research plan including logical formulation of a research hypothesis
        • Ability to ask, as well as answer product and user experience related questions
        • Experience with a range of qualitative methods such as interviews, contextual inquiry, concept testing, and diary studies
        • Ability to communicate research results to cross-functional stakeholders with data storytelling,
          presentation slides, and storytelling
        • Understanding of quantitative, behavioral analysis and statistical concepts
        • Understanding of design thinking process and user-centered design methods
