Our clients vibrant studio is looking for a new Technical Designer to join our successful and busy team in the heart of the city.

They provide complete workplace consultancy, from a single office relocation, design and fit-out, to workspace planning, refurbishment and interior branding on a global scale.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Prepare and coordinate production, tender and construction package information
Revit technical output at each project stage
Support your partner designer on site and deal with contractor queries

Required skills:

At least 5 years' experience, preferably working on interior fit-out schemes
Fluent in SketchUp and Revit
A high level of technical skills with attention to detail
Ability to take initiative to solve technical issues
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Confident to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Excellent communication - both written and verbal
A working knowledge of UK building systems, regulations and construction methods
