Operations Team Leader

Xyla, part of Acacium Group

Remote working with regular office visits 

3 months fixed term contract with opportunity to go permanent, full time

£30,000 per annum


Are you a proactive, solutions focused individual? Do you have strong people management and communication skills? We have an opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Neurodevelopmental service! 

In this role you'll be responsible for leading and developing our admin and customer service team, motivating them to deliver against their contractual and individual KPIs. You will also hold a caseload of contracts, responsible for managing the rota for the clinicians and liaising with clinics to get availability, ensuring our service runs at an optimal level.

Every day you will…

  • Effectively lead a team of contract coordinators to drive efficiency and coordination. Recruit, onboard and induct new team members and manage ongoing training and development throughout their tenure
  • Manage KPIs, take morning planning meetings, and send weekly update emails including rotas and staff planning for the week
  • Attend contract meetings to discuss accounts, check reporting including audits and monthly savings, and provide weekly reporting on deliverables, individual stats, and monthly saving reports
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, implement and monitor quality assurance processes, maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
