As a Managing Director of Digital Sales Performance, your primary responsibility is to empower our sales teams with the skills, knowledge, insights, and tools essential for engaging customers in impactful conversations regarding our digital suite of solutions. Your objective is to drive increased revenue and optimize the return on investment within our sales system. This is a collaborative role, where you will closely collaborate with the Agency team to assist in training, product positioning, and local sales enablement to provide comprehensive training, coaching, and development for the sales force. Your pivotal role is instrumental in maximizing the overall effectiveness of the sales force, leading market-level promotional initiatives, and ensuring the swift and effective launch of new digital products.
Key Duties / Responsibilities:
· Training Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales Training & Enablement to execute training initiatives, assist with design and delivery of in-market workshops, reinforce best practices, and maximize revenue opportunities for both new and existing sellers.
· Campaign Quality Assurance – Review new and existing campaigns for effectiveness and best practices, ensuring we are setting up the client and rep for successful campaigns and renewals.
· Develop Sales Teams: Provide comprehensive in-market training and participate in ride days to ensure the sales force in assigned regions are well-prepared to meet customer needs and effectively promote digital products in combination with Valpak and Clipp programs.

· Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a mentor or leader, with a track record of effectively guiding and developing members to excel in their roles.

· Product Mastery: Demonstrated exceptional success at selling and understanding how to package Digital products with Clipp and Valpak print products is essential. Extensive Digital product knowledge, above and beyond the Digital Product Suite is preferred.
· Product Mastery: Demonstrated ability to successfully sell and package digital products alongside Clipp and Valpak print solutions. Must possess or be willing to develop deep digital product knowledge—both within and beyond the core Digital Product Suite. Ability to train and support sales reps on effective product bundling is essential. A commitment to continued learning across both digital and direct mail offerings is strongly preferred.
· Sales Process Expertise: Strong knowledge of the sales process and its best practices.
· CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM systems, including Salesforce, is required.
· Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology, including Office 365.
· Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation and coaching skills.
· Prioritization: Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
· Influential: Must be able to train and influence others over whom there is no direct authority.
· Interpersonal Skills: Possesses a Teacher/Coach mentality. Persuasive, encouraging, patient, and motivating; strong interpersonal skills with the ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, at all levels within the organization while maintaining a cool & calm demeanor understanding there will be a need to train and retrain until your region obtains mastery of topics.
