Your Impact:

• Own the daily delivery operations, including task prioritization, backlog grooming, and ensuring alignment with evolving customer needs and internal capacity.
• Lead the coordination and tracking of all project inputs and outputs from requirements gathering to release.
• Manage and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring timely delivery with high quality.
• Oversee the financial health of the project by monitoring profitability, resource planning, and budget adherence.
• Maintain visibility into project performance through metrics on delivery quality, velocity, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement within the delivery function by promoting best practices, process optimization, and team development.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience, with prior team leadership and project delivery ownership, ideally in banking or financial services.
• Demonstrated success in managing digital banking applications, mobile platforms, or customer-facing financial products.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Proven ability to respond to real-time issues and adjust plans quickly without compromising delivery quality.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to managing complexity.
• Experience working directly with clients and handling senior-level stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to monitor and report on project financials, profitability, and delivery KPIs.
• Strong communication skills in English
