Job description

GrowthAssistant is seeking a skilled and motivated Trading Platform Support Specialist. As a Trader Support Specialist, you’ll support our global community of futures traders by offering expert guidance on platform tools, account rules, and trading challenges. This role requires deep familiarity with retail futures trading and the platforms we support (like Rithmic, NinjaTrader, and Tradovate). You’ll act as a translator between traders and our internal systems—ensuring they get the clarity, troubleshooting, and support they need to stay focused on performance.

 

Salary: Up to Php 70,000 depending on experience

Core Tasks:

  • Serve as the front-line contact for trader issues via chat, email, and support tickets.
  • Troubleshoot platform problems (e.g., order rejections, charting errors, data feed delays).
  • Help traders understand Lucid challenge rules (consistency targets, max loss, resets).
  • Walk users through setup across platforms like Rithmic, NinjaTrader, and Tradovate.
  • Track and categorize common trader issues; contribute to our help center and macros.
    Escalate edge cases (e.g., payout questions, account lockouts, platform bugs) to the appropriate teams.
  • Stay up-to-date on platform updates, margin changes, trading hours, and platform behavior across supported systems.

Must-Have:

  • Hands-on experience trading futures on platforms like Rithmic, NinjaTrader, or Tradovate.
  • Experience working in a prop firm or futures brokerage environment.
  • Experience guiding users through software tools or trading platforms
  • Solid understanding of trading concepts: margin, leverage, order types, drawdowns, etc.
  • Comfortable answering support questions with speed and empathy.
  • Clear, concise communicator with strong written support skills.
  • Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with common trader tooling (trade copiers, automation tools, indicators).
  • Ability to record or document simple Loom videos or guides to help explain fixes.
  • Additional platforms:  Trading View, Motivwave, Quantower, SierraChart
