Teamwork will be essential for this position. Representatives will need strong communication and organizational skills to gather and notate information. The position will require a thorough and detail-oriented approach so that all information is followed up effectively.
Efficiency is key for this position. You must be organized and dependable.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years’ experience in professional telephone communications preferred.
Strong typing and computer skills
Comfortable working with Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Great communication and teamwork skills
