Job description

Work Schedule:
Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Hours: 10:00 am to 6:30 pm Sydney time
Break:30-minute unpaid break
Total Hours: 8 hours per day/24 hours per week

Job Description

Embark on an exciting journey as a Healthcare Recruitment Specialist, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of aged care services. This position offers a unique blend of healthcare industry knowledge and talent acquisition expertise. You’ll be instrumental in building a team of exceptional nurse practitioners and GPs who share our passion for elevating the standard of care in the aged care sector. Your work will directly impact the lives of seniors across Australia by ensuring we have the best medical professionals on board to deliver outstanding care.


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct LinkedIn outreach to identify and engage potential nurse practitioners and GPs, as well using email and phone call follow-up of existing database candidates 
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation
  • Use Hubspot and Employment Hero to track candidate progress and manage recruitment pipelines
  • Collaborate with the business development team to align recruitment efforts with client needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract high-quality healthcare professionals
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future opportunities


Requirements:
  • Experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or a related field
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other social media for recruitment purposes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, both written and verbal 
  • Ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of working in aged care
  • Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM/ATS systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent presentation and professional manner
  • Understanding of the Australian healthcare system and medical professional qualifications (preferred)
