Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual closing of the books activities. Ensures that set timelines/deadlines are met and all activities are done
• Liaises with various internal stakeholders and ensure that all relevant data and information are obtained during closing of the books
• Reviews all journal entries and transactions and ensures that it is valid and complete
• Responsible in ensuring that various reconciliation and analyses are performed accurately, completely and timely supporting the financial results
• Responsible in ensuring that internal controls within the RTR process are carried out properly and timely
• Responsible in ensuring that various reports and requirements are prepared accurately, completely and timely as required during financial/BIR audits
• Responsible in the maintenance of the fixed asset register and liaises with various stakeholders in terms of asset existence, physical count and other related matters
• Responsible in the maintenance of the chart of accounts and internal controls surrounding this
