In a nutshell:

As a vital member of the Member Outreach team, the Member Services Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that promote equity and inclusion within the radiology community. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for building community. By cultivating relationships across member groups and external partners, the Coordinator plays a key role in fostering a welcoming environment and developing a pipeline of emerging talent in radiology.

What you’ll do:

  • Support strategies for outreach and pipeline initiatives.
  • Design and coordinate impactful programs to engage members, strengthen professional pathways, and support the advancement of a representative and inclusive membership base.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring effective planning, execution, and monitoring of timelines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and achievement of program objectives.
  • Work towards building partnerships and enhance the impact of equity and inclusion of ACR’s member pipeline programs.
  • Collaborate with departmental teams to integrate program goals with broader organizational strategies.

 

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • 12+ years of relevant experience required.
  • 4-year degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail required
  • Excellent communication (speaking, writing, editing) and customer service skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Smart Sheet or similar platforms required.
  • Experience with Personify, Abila and/or SalesForce Association management system is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Aptitude for working under pressure; managing multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
  • A knack for working with and relating to different personalities at all business levels.

This position will work on a Remote basis.  We seek a candidate located in the Eastern time zone so that they will be able to maintain our standard operating hours.  Remote workers must be self-motivated, possess excellent time management, and be highly organized.  Reliable internet connection is a must!

ACR’s goal is to pay competitively and equitably.  It is typical for individuals to be hired in the entry to middle of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on each case’s circumstances.  Full-time employees work a 37.5 hour work week, for a total of 1950 hours annually, furthering our commitment to a healthy work-life balance.  A reasonable estimate of the hourly compensation range for this position is $29.00 – $38.00.
