Responsibilities
Registration, processing and investigation of incoming complaints
Communication with the courier services (oral and written)
Independent decision on financial issues (taking into account customer orientation and profitability)
File management for the entire complaints process
Requirements
Lateral entrants, job starters or with professional experience
Very good knowledge of German and Russian
Goal-oriented work with regard to deadlines
Attention to detail and strong communication skills
Confident use of MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheet and email
