Job description

Right now, we are looking for a Coating Applicator for Kuwait where your primary responsibility will be to assist in the effective functioning of Décor Technical Services structure by conducting trial applications, sample panel and demonstrations for Customers.

Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to:

  • Administers the process of producing sample panels, display boards and sales kits brochures.

  • Obtains needed supplies and equipment to complete assigned tasks.

  • Conducts site application, demonstration and training in adherence to customers’ request as coordinated by the concerned sales staff.

  • Provides assistance to Coating Advisor on conducting complaints evaluation through application trials and testing.

  • Introduces and innovates the latest and up-to date decorative designs (special effects) where appropriate.

  • Works on special projects at the direction of Team Leader.

  • Cleans and maintains equipment tools and supplies.

  • Works toward achieving maximum efficiencies  in an established work environment while maintaining safety and compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.

What we’re looking for:

  • High School or Diploma will be an added advantage

  • Certificate on Paint Application Course/Training.

  • Minimum of  2 years of related experience.

  • Knowledge on paint technology and application is a must.

  • Self-motivated, pro-active and a team player.

  • Flexible; able to work long hours and persistent.

  • Able to prioritize and meet deadline while handling interruptions and working under pressure.

  • Excellent business etiquette.

  • Strong self-starter and ability to work independently.

  • Customer oriented.

  • Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions.

  • Holds a driving license (Kuwait or Overseas)
