The Opportunity

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Account Executive capable of building our business in the UK from the ground up.

In this fully remote role, you’ll own the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closing, focusing on winning new business and bringing Spacewell’s cutting-edge solutions to organizations across the UK and Ireland.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the full sales journey, from prospecting to close, targeting mid-to-large enterprises
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across industries
  • Position Spacewell’s smart building and workplace tech as essential to your clients’ digital transformation strategies
  • Develop and execute strategic territory, account, and closing plans to smash your sales targets
  • Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and customer success to drive pipeline and deliver a seamless client experience
  • Represent Spacewell at industry events, webinars, and executive briefings to elevate our presence in the market
  • Stay ahead of the curve on PropTech trends, AI in workplace management, and competitor insights

What We’re Looking For

  • 5-8 years of B2B SaaS or enterprise tech sales experience – PropTech, Smart Building, or FM Tech experience is a major plus
  • A proven closer with a strong record of meeting/exceeding targets
  • Skilled at creating compelling account strategies and delivering high-impact demos and pitches
  • Naturally consultative; you simplify the complex and focus on business outcomes
  • Tech-savvy and excited by how AI can enhance modern sales workflows
  • Comfortable with MEDD(P)ICC, SPIN, or similar sales methodologies
  • Fluent in English with outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Collaborative, coachable, and obsessed with personal and professional growth
