The Role

We’re on the hunt for a Chief Product Officer who’s ready to dive in and make an impact. You’ll take on real-world challenges, bring fresh ideas to the table, and play a vital role in supporting and strengthening our growing team.

We are seeking an exceptional product leader to help our experienced executive team continue building a high-performance organization around these ingredients. It will be your job to streamline, enhance, and innovate on our way to revolutionizing the market

This is an opportunity to lead the build of Apkudo’s product function from a position of growth-stage strength, with the urgency and agency of a startup. You’ll bring clarity, focus, and structure to help our organization accelerate as we scale. Reporting directly to the CEO and Founder, you’ll work alongside exceptional leaders in engineering, sales, ops, and AI to architect the next stage of our product evolution.

What You’ll Do:

As our Chief Product Officer, you’ll be the architect of both vision and machine. You’ll:

• Set the North Star. Define and communicate a clear, compelling product vision that aligns with our mission, market shifts, and strategic growth plans.
• Organize the opportunity. Bring structure, focus, and data-driven focus to accelerate and prioritize our roadmap.
• Build the system. Implement operating models and rituals that create alignment, speed, and execution across teams.
• Own the roadmap. Move us from sales-driven to market-led, balancing immediate customer needs with long-term strategic bets.
• Drive monetization. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to link product development to revenue growth, pricing, and customer expansion.
• Scale the team. Inspire and develop a high-performing Product org that thrives on accountability, autonomy, and outcome obsession.
• Integrate AI. Infuse machine learning, automation, and intelligence into both the product and how we build it.
• Lead cross-functionally. Align teams behind one shared product vision—and drive to make it real.

What We’re Looking For

We’re not into laundry lists of “must-haves.” But if you check off a few of these, let’s talk:

• 15–20+ years in product, including 5+ years in two or more VP or CPO-level roles at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup company
• A history of transforming ambiguity into clarity and complexity into focused execution
• SaaS scale experience, ideally taking a platform from $50M to $200M+ ARR, including international expansion
• Deep platform thinking. You understand how to build ecosystems, not just features
• AI fluency. You’ve delivered AI-enhanced products and know how to separate noise from value
• Execution muscle. You’ve built high-functioning product orgs and delivered roadmap outcomes, not just slideware
• Strategic courage. You’re not afraid to reset the strategy—or to hold the line on what matters most
• Bonus points for: experience with PLG, developer-first ecosystems, or logistics/supply chain tech
• You’re a team player
