Job description

Job Title: Marketing Associate

Location: Remote

Type: Full-time

Compensation: Php18,000 (entry level)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associate to join our growing team. This role is focused on sales lead generation, appointment setting, and also involves basic social media activities to support our business development and marketing goals. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable using CRM and automation platforms like GoHighLevel. The ideal candidate is independent and proactive, as this role requires working with minimal admin support and taking full ownership of day-to-day outreach and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, social media, etc.)

2. Set appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales team

3. Qualify potential clients and pass warm leads to closers

4. Manage CRM and lead pipeline using GoHighLevel

5. Handle basic social media tasks such as responding to inquiries

6. Conduct market and client research to support outreach strategies

7. Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and follow-ups

8. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams as needed

9. Deliver results with minimal supervision or administrative support

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required)

2. Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or business development

3. Familiarity with GoHighLevel is a strong advantage

4. Basic experience in social media management (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

7. Self-motivated, independent, trustworthy and comfortable working with minimal admin support

8. Flexibility to work during UK working hours (8:00am – 5:00pm UK)

9. With own laptop, plus internet connection of at least 25 Mbps
