Job Description

Integres seeks a Junior Database Developer to design, develop, and maintain databases and analytical tools that support operational, maintenance, and personnel readiness metrics. The developer will collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to enhance data collection, minimize duplication, and support decision-making across business lines.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and a metrics business analyst to design, develop, and maintain databases supporting squadron operations.
  • Develop user-friendly reports, charts, queries, and dashboards from Microsoft Access, SharePoint, and SQL-based databases.
  • Support efforts to streamline and automate data collection for Preventative Maintenance Availabilities (PMAV), Operational & Material Availability (Ao/Am), and cannibalization tracking.
  • Provide modifications and cleanup of existing Access databases, including the Train-to-Qualify (T2Q) database for tracking approximately 750 personnel.
  • Participate in status meetings and provide progress updates, recommendations, and barriers to success.
  • Deliver high-quality, visually clear metrics and reporting tools that aid decision-making at both operational and command levels.
  • Maintain documentation of assigned work, timelines, and deliverables for monthly reporting and quality control assessment.
  • Ensure databases and tools support data accuracy, security, and government data protection protocols.

Qualifications
  • Active secret clearance
  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited US University or equivalent military or commercial experience in the area of database development or computer-related fields.
  • Three years of specific experience with developing databases, business analysis, Access, SharePoint, MS Office Suite, SQL, VBA, HTML, and other similar areas and applications.
  • Demonstrated ability using Microsoft Access and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated capability of positive interpersonal relationships and possessing a team player approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in both oral and written English.
