WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Innovate & Build: Contribute to the development and maintenance of cloud and on-premises software solutions, primarily using the .NET framework, and help shape the future of secure digital systems.
- Collaborate & Deliver: Work closely with team members and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements align with company guidelines, delivering scalable and high-quality solutions.
- Code with Excellence: Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and maintainable solutions that stand the test of time.
- Solve Challenges: Identify and address technical hurdles, proactively resolving development issues to keep projects on track.
- Architect & Refine: Implement and enhance software components based on high-level architectural requirements, contributing to system stability and scalability.
- Agile Mindset: Be an active participant in agile development processes (e.g., Scrum or Kanban), contributing to sprints, planning sessions, and retrospectives.
WHAT YOU BRING
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Solid experience in software development with a focus on the .NET ecosystem (e.g., C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework).
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly Azure, and an understanding of how to design software for cloud-based environments.
- A working knowledge of software design principles such as SOLID and Clean Code, with a commitment to writing maintainable and scalable code.
- Experience in working within agile teams and familiarity with agile practices like Scrum or Kanban.
- Basic experience with containerization tools like Docker and an understanding of DevOps practices is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and improving technical skills.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Bonus: Exposure to Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and hybrid cloud solutions.
