Responsibilities

Develop and executive strategies for recruitment that align with business and company needs.
Drive progressive recruiting tactics that continually replenish candidate pipelines based on market conditions and current and projected trends/needs.
Working closely with internal stakeholders for new or replacement job openings to identify the requirements.
Provide market intelligence and insights to hiring managers and pivot nimbly on hiring strategies

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
Proven record in leadership role.
Minimum 2 years manpower planning experience.
Experience in full-cycle recruitment across entry level to mid-senior roles
