Lead the team in reviewing and consolidating required financial reports and ensure all reports are completed timely and accurately.
Responsible in supporting the organization in any financial reporting related tasks.
Advise accounting operations team in their daily accounting activities and financial statements preparation to ensure compliance with both internal and external standards.
Review any analytical data or reports prepared by team members on financial reporting deliverables.
Develop and recommend areas for enhancements and improvements for the existing systems and processes.
Involve in projects for any development, design, and implementation of new processes, controls and functionally changes to existing systems.
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance or related fields.
Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
Prior audit experience under a Big 4/Top 10 audit firm will be an added advantage.
Solid understanding and knowledge in IFRS.
Hands-on leadership experience in leading a small to mid sized team.
An independent problem solver with excellent communication skills.
