The Event Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and overseeing strategies to enhance revenue generation across a number of areas to ensure maximum profitability.

The Senior Sales Manager will also drive forward the lead generation efforts for The Wealth Summit and be responsible for contacting inbound enquiries and also pursuing other leads generated internally, externally and via cold-calling.
This role is office based and experience is key, therefore the ideal candidate will have experience and proven success in strategizing, executing, and enhancing marketing initiatives, event management efforts and membership development. A deep understanding of the financial tech industry is an advantage, but not essential.
Responsibilities:
Sales Management: Ensure all inbound enquiries are dealt with in a timely and accurate fashion whilst driving revenue forward. Manage a pipeline of prospective parties who will be interested in ticket purchases, Wealth Tribe and Founders Board Membership and also to engage suitable exhibition partners with a view to agreeing and selling designated space as agreed. The role will also involve onboarding suitable corporate partners through a number of different avenues.
Brand Assistance: Work with other department leads such as Business Development, Sales & Marketing and Operations to deliver the best-in-class for attendees, delegates, members and speakers. This multi-channel approach will ensure The Wealth Summit is seen as the market leader and the go-to brand for SME Business Owners when they think of Events.
Team Management: Lead internal team in the execution of engaging and impactful sales campaigns across a multitude of platforms, including social media, email, and web.
Strategic Planning: Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive sales strategies to promote the company's services, events and sub-brands. This includes setting measurable goals, identifying target audiences, and outlining key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign success versus agreed revenue targets.
Strategic Development: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, and emerging opportunities to develop new revenue. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximise opportunities.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse and report on the performance of all sales efforts, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and revenue generation
