JOB OVERVIEW:
Certificate Analyst at EPIC Brokers.
This position supports Account Managers with a primary focus on client relations in our Sandy Springs (Atlanta), Georgia office.
LOCATION: The role is primarily remote, with in-office attendance at the Palisades location required two days per quarter.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Service clients' daily account needs
• Create certificates of insurance for offices throughout the U.S. (large daily volume)
• Review contracts for insurance requirements applicable to issuance of certificates of insurance
• Request and complete various insurance notices and forms
• Develop productive business relationships with clients
• Assist with special projects, renewals, and client requests
• Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the company at its discretion from time to time
• Ability to work from 10 AM to 6 PM
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Strong Analytical Skill including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Willingness to learn and take direction from others
• Working knowledge of insurance terms and basic coverage
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years' experience in the insurance industry
• Property and Casualty license strongly preferred
• Ability to obtain Property and Casualty License required
COMPENSATION:
The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
