What is the scope of the role?  

As a Training & Development Associate at PwC's CEE L&D Team, you will focus on designing and delivering innovative training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organisation. 

What will your responsibilities be?  

  • Coordination and Implementation: Oversee the operational and administrative aspects of learning and development projects, including both classroom-based and online training events. This involves maintaining the training calendar, managing participant nominations, handling logistics, and providing classroom and virtual assistance. You'll also manage attendance and cancellations, plan and manage trainers, assign online training, and prepare training materials. 

  • Administrative Support: Assist in processing invoices, adding new suppliers to the database, and supporting other administrative processes. 

  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to create necessary summaries, comparisons, and reports, providing insights into training effectiveness and areas for improvement. 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with external suppliers to ensure smooth execution of training programs. 

  • Program Coordination: Aid in the coordination of development and training programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals and employee needs. 

  • Individual Development Paths: Support the process of building tailored development paths for individual employees, enhancing their career growth.
