Loka is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support our sales leads and work with world-changing startups. Our engineering teams are applying advanced technologies to companies that are supercharging cancer research, eliminating child illiteracy and revolutionizing telehealth and more. Your work as an ISR will help us expand our business and deepen our impact around the globe.
In this position, you’ll own several internal and client-facing processes, attend customer calls and ensure Loka delivers customer experience-obsessed results to the companies we work with. You’ll also play a key role in event support—helping us track outcomes, maintain clean data, and bring new ideas to the table to optimize how we show up and follow through. You’ll bridge technical and business objectives with clear, accurate communication between customers and internal teams. And you’ll do it all while working entirely remotely and enjoying every other Friday off 😎
