Your Role

As an Operations Program Manager you will be responsible for leading cross-functional programs that drive operational excellence, scalability, and production readiness across manufacturing sites. This role ensures alignment between engineering, supply chain, production and quality to deliver key programs on time, within budget, and to specifications. This role requires strong program management expertise with deep operational awareness in high-volume or complex manufacturing environments. This is an onsite role. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end program execution for manufacturing readiness to ensure seamless transition from product design to scalable manufacturing by developing integrated program plans, defining manufacturing KPIs, and managing risks across workstreams.
  • Continuously lead cross-functional planning and alignment sessions to maintain alignment on program milestones, mitigate delays, and support decision making. 
  • Manage factory readiness and production ramp activities ensuring infrastructure, tooling, labor, and materials are in place for volume production at targeted costs and quality.
  • Own issue resolution and change management processes to minimize disruptions to production schedules and maintain product integrity through structured change control as needed.
  • Regularly track and report program metrics, health and readiness to provide executive visibility into program status, highlights constraints, and drive accountability across workstreams.
  • Lead operational risk assessments and mitigation planning to proactively identify and reduce risks that could impact cost, quality, safety and delivery by facilitating PFEMEA, site audits, and maintaining contingency plans. 
  • Support cost optimization and productivity initiatives to continuously improve operational efficiency, reduce waste and support gross margin goals. 

Skills/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in program management in manufacturing operations.
  • Proficiency in program management tools (JIRA, MS Project, SmartSheet).
  • PMP or Lean six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain, quality systems, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacturing and distribution of goods.
  • Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations.
  • Excellent strategic leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. 

Pay Range: $120,000 - $140,000

*Base salary only. Salary is dependent on multiple factors including, but not limited to, experience and location.
