Summary/Objective:
\nThe Area Manager provides strategic leadership of multiple imaging centers through managing center staff and onsite operations. Reviews procedures for accuracy and efficiency and oversees business and operational aspects by working closely with associated leadership to ensure assigned centers meet and exceed goals and objectives.
\nEssential Functions
\n1. Provides day-to-day oversight of Center operations and supervision of staff.
\n2. Participates in budget creation of assigned Centers. Responsible for the profit and loss performance of assigned Centers.
\n3. Implements and enforces all application regulatory standards, requirements and guidelines in the Center. Ensures compliance of policies and procedures by personnel.
\n4. Coordinates staff work and training schedules, performs employee evaluations/performance management, provides coaching and assists in the interviewing, hiring and orientation of new employees.
\n5. Collaborates with other members of the organization to look for process improvements and cost reduction opportunities to better assist our centers and their ability to provide spectacular service.
\n6. Oversees and takes responsibility for the delivery of care to all patients served by the Center. Monitors patient service feedback and responds to all escalated customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
\n7. Audits clinical records to ensure all regulatory standards are met and looks for process improvements and cost reduction opportunities.
\n8. Represents the organization with all referral sources, physicians and the community on as-needed basis in conjunction with Marketing Account Manager.
\n9. Delegates referral process/coordination, staffing coordination, supply inventory and distribution and oversees the completion of these processes as necessary.
\n10. Analyzes and organizes clinical operations for designated Centers.
\n11. Other duties as assigned.

Often requires work in cool, dimly lighted rooms.

\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by and employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
