In this position, you will provide exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries regarding book orders, account management, and general support for the online bookstore. Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer support to Nordic-speaking clients interacting with the online bookstore.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about book availability, order status, returns, and account-related issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document and track customer interactions to identify areas for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with the bookstore team to relay customer feedback and support service enhancements.
  • Stay updated on new releases, promotions, and bookstore policies to provide accurate assistance.
  • Engage with customers to foster a positive and knowledgeable community around reading and literature.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or online environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
  • Proficiency in customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team while also being self-motivated in a remote setting.
  • A love for reading and literature, along with enthusiasm for engaging with a community of book lovers.
