Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service in Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish), addressing inquiries about veterinary services and pet care.
  • Assist clients in scheduling appointments, understanding services offered, and answering questions regarding pet health.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in the system, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication and solutions for client concerns.
  • Stay informed about pet health trends and services to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
  • Engage proactively with customers to foster trust and confidence in the services offered.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish), along with strong English communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the veterinary or healthcare sector, is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients.
  • Problem-solving ability with a focus on delivering satisfactory resolutions to customer inquiries.
  • A keen interest in animal care and a commitment to enhancing the customer experience.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently in a remote capacity.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
