Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support in Nordic languages (including Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish), addressing inquiries related to online learning platforms and educational content.
  • Assist users with account setup, course enrollment, and technical issues, ensuring they have a positive experience while using the platform.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
  • Work collaboratively with the product and technical teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
  • Stay informed about the latest online learning trends, tools, and course offerings to provide informed guidance to customers.
  • Engage proactively with customers through various communication channels, fostering a supportive learning community.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the education or EdTech industry, is highly desired.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping learners achieve their goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective engagement with customers.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and maintain organization in a remote work environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
  • A keen interest in educational technology and a commitment to continuous learning are advantageous.
