Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer support in Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish), assisting customers with inquiries related to grocery delivery services.
  • Address customer concerns regarding orders, deliveries, and product availability promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to facilitate seamless follow-ups and feedback analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with the logistics and delivery teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process.
  • Stay informed about the latest products, promotions, and services offered, to provide customers with accurate information.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers by providing personalized service and actively listening to their needs.
  • Engage in continuous learning and training to enhance your skills and improve overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) along with strong English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the grocery or food delivery sector.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers professionally.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a busy workload in a remote environment efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate customer records.
