Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer support in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) for hotel reservations and related inquiries.
  • Assist customers with booking hotels, modifying reservations, and advising on hospitality offerings.
  • Handle customer complaints and requests promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and reservations in the system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues related to bookings and guest services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and knowledge of the hotel services to provide accurate assistance to clients.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve service skills and enhance product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred, particularly in the hospitality or travel sector.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to customers.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and address their inquiries.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy remote work environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills for managing customer records.
  • A genuine interest in travel and hospitality, with a collaborative mindset towards team success.
