Job description

You will be a key driver of operational excellence across our EMEA region, leading initiatives to improve claims handling, standardize service processes, and support technical teams through training, audits, and hands-on mentorship. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring to meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

What will your key responsibilities include?

  • Serve as the main point of contact between the Customer Quality team, Service Operations Area Managers (SOMs), and Coating Advisors (CAs) to ensure timely and effective resolution of service claims.
  • Lead Line Improvement Solution Projects and inspections, acting as Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, by delivering training to CAs via webinars, developing technical documentation, and supporting onboarding and skill development.
  • Be responsible for Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), conduct audits, and deliver constructive feedbacks for quality progress.
  • Represent the Services function in the Hempel Group Silicone Coordination Team (SCT), maintaining current silicone application guidelines.
  • Act as SME for the CA Reporting System, ensuring timely, standardized reporting in line with established SOPs.

  • Solid understanding of E&I and Marine coating systems, particularly Hempel Silicone systems.
  • Microsoft office package
  • Excellent communication and training skills in English, with the ability to lead webinars, and create technical documentation.
  • NACE or FROSIO certification is a strong advantage.
  • Validated experience in technical service coordination, claims handling, or a related field.

You are also comfortable with a role that involves up to 40% travel, embracing opportunities to engage directly with teams and stakeholders across locations.
